course, and it builds on the knowledge of the Lagom Healthy Lifestyle
Facilitator Course.
Health and fitness professionals gather deeper and indispensable
knowledge, skills, and tools to accompany their clients through the
entire process of change towards a more balanced healthy lifestyle.
Please note that you
should be a Lagom Healthy Lifestyle Facilitator before
participating in our Lagom Mentor Course.
The first course cohort starts in 2024 and it will be offered in English. More language verisons like German and Portuguese will follow.
